Samantha Renz

Education: Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, University of Texas at Arlington, Arlington, Tx

Samantha brings more than two decades of civil engineering experience to her leadership role at Evolving Texas. She honed her skills in the field working for a number of municipalities around the North Texas area. In her varied roles, she helped shape the policies and developments in Sanger, Haltom City, The Colony and Rowlett. In 2014 she left the public sector and joined the Evolving Texas team. In 2018 she was named CEO and majority shareholder – a testament to her work ethic and her passion for leadership and serving clients.

Samantha received her Civil Engineering Degree at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2009. She is licensed in seven states, and under her direction the Evolving Team has completed hundreds of projects. Currently, Samantha sits on the City of Fort Worth’s Development Advisory Committee (DAC). She is an active member of CREW, ICSC, TFMA and Downtown Fort Worth, Inc.

As CEO, Samantha assumes the integral role of developing and leading strategic growth, as well as nurturing client partnerships. Additionally, she works tirelessly to create an outstanding workplace culture enjoyed by the Evolving Team.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys volunteering, traveling, attending art and music events and spending time with her friends and family.
